We’re campaigning to bring a new multi-use 4G community pitch to Fishguard and Goodwick, serving communities across North Pembrokeshire.
This all-weather facility would support rugby, football, schools and local clubs, providing a modern, year-round space for sport and wider community use.
Crucially, it would help reduce cancelled fixtures and disrupted training caused by poor weather, giving teams and young people a reliable place to play and develop.
It would boost participation in sport, improve health and wellbeing, and allow the area to host matches and tournaments that would bring visitors and economic benefits to the town.
Located in Fishguard and Goodwick, the pitch would be well placed to support communities right across the north — from Solva and St Davids, through Letterston and Newport, and even as far north as Crymych.
We think this would be an important asset to Fishguard and Goodwick, for young people, and the wider community across north Pembrokeshire - we hope you think so too.
To make a strong case for funding, we need to show clear and overwhelming community support.
