Stephen Crabb,
32, is the Conservative Member of Parliament for Preseli
Pembrokeshire. He lives with his family in Wiston,
near Haverfordwest. He is married to Béatrice
and has a son Ioan, aged 3, and a daughter, Isabelle,
who was born recently at Withybush Hospital .

Stephen
grew up in Portfield Avenue , Haverfordwest, and
attended Fenton, Barn Street and Tasker Milward
schools. He then went on to Bristol University where
he graduated with first class honours in 1995. He
also holds a MBA masters degree from London Business
School. Stephen is a business consultant currently
working for ZBD Displays Ltd. He was previously
Policy Manager at London Chamber of Commerce.
He
fought Preseli for the Conservatives at the 2001
general election, slashing the Labour majority by
6,000 - one of the largest electoral swings in the
UK.
He
has six years experience as a school governor and
is a supporter of several local charities, including
the Pembrokeshire Dyslexia Association. Sport is Stephen's
main passion outside politics. He is a keen runner
and in 2002 ran the London Marathon raising thousands
of pounds for kidney patients. In 2003 he hung up
his rugby boots after 20 years playing for clubs in
Pembrokeshire, Bristol and London . He also follows
Welsh football and is a sponsor of Haverfordwest County
AFC.
